A fur trader from Canada often visited the village where Sacagawea lived. His name was Charbonneau and he married Sacagawea.

During the adventure , she was walking on land with Lewis and Clark and it was very foggy. Charbonneau was driving the boat and there were 7 other men in the boat with him. The boat got hit a big gust of wind and it filled with water. All their supplies floated away but Sacagawea caught most of them.
